Firstly, we go over your roof with a fine tooth comb, looking for any roof leaks. Often times we find broken tiles that need replacing, and rusted gutters.
Next, we repoint the ridge capping to make sure the roof is watertight. After all the roof repairs have been taken care of, we will clean the roof using a 4000PSI rotor head water blaster. This roof cleaning process ensures a good adhesion with the Roof Protect roofing membrane that will be applied later on.
Our next step is to apply an anti-mould treatment and sealer to the roof tile or colorbond roof sheet.
Next, the roof restoration really takes shape, as we spray on a coat of sealer, then two thick glossy coats of roof paint* in your choice of colours.
Lastly, we take all the rubbish away from your home. We try and leave it cleaner than when we came!
*We also offer Thermo coatings which are a heat reflective paint to keep the inside of your home or business cool.
